Booking website

A booking website for your services, without building a website

Most independent professionals don't need a five-page website. They need one address that shows what they do, what it costs and when they're free. Your booking page is that address, ready when you sign up.

"Do you have a website?" usually means three questions

When a new client asks for your website, they want to know what you offer, how much it costs and how to book. A site builder answers that with a template, a domain to renew and pages that are out of date by next season.

A booking page answers the same three questions from the data you already keep up to date: your service list, your prices and your real schedule. Change a price in the dashboard and the page changes with it.

How it works

From nothing to a page you can link

  1. Add your services and prices

Each service has a name, price, duration and description, and services are grouped into categories. That list is your price list: there is no second copy to update.

  2. Add your logo, welcome text and contacts

A welcome title and message, optional booking instructions, and links to your email, website, Instagram and Facebook.

  3. Set your working hours

The page only offers times when you're really free, so it never needs a "fully booked this week" post.

  4. Put the address where a website goes

The website field of your Instagram, Facebook or TikTok profile, your business card, your email signature.

  5. Print it for people standing in front of you

The same address as a QR code on the counter or the mirror.

What the page shows

  • Services with prices and durations

Grouped by category, each with its own description. Clients see the price before they book.

  • Times that are actually free

Availability comes from your working hours minus existing appointments, every time the page is opened.

  • Your name, logo and words

Logo, welcome title and message, booking instructions and contact links are yours to set on every plan.

  • Cover image, colours and photos

    Basic plan and up

Your own cover image, colour theme and card style, plus a photo on each service.

  • An address with your name in it

    Basic plan and up

On the Free plan the address is generated automatically. On a paid plan you choose the wording, for example your studio's name.

Plan details are on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed online through Dodo Payments.

Good to know before you start

  • It's one page, not a site: there's no blog, no separate gallery or "about" pages, and no page editor.
  • There's no custom domain. The address is on writemetg.com.
  • It's built for people you send the link to. Don't count on it to bring strangers from search engines.
  • Your services and texts appear in the language you write them in. They aren't translated automatically.
  • No online payments or deposits. Clients pay you as usual.

Questions

Can I use it instead of a website?

If your website's job is to show services, prices and contacts and to take bookings, yes. If you need articles, a portfolio with many pages or your own domain, you still need a separate site, and the booking page can be linked from it.

Is the booking page free?

Yes. The Free plan covers one specialist and up to 5 services, with no limit on bookings. Cover image, colours, service photos and your own address wording come with paid plans.

Do clients need an app or an account to book?

No. It's a normal web page. Clients enter their first name and phone number when they confirm a booking.

I already have a website. Is this still useful?

Yes. Link to the booking page from a button on your site, so the prices and free times there are always current.
