If clients already write to you on Telegram, every booking starts as a conversation you have to answer by hand.
Sending them to a separate app or account breaks the habit that brought them to you. Booking inside Telegram keeps them where they already are.
How Telegram booking is set up
Create your bot with BotFather
In Telegram, open @BotFather, create a new bot, and set its name and photo. This step is manual and done by you.
Connect it in the dashboard
Paste the bot's username and token into Settings. Write Me TG checks the connection.

Good to know before you start
- Bot setup isn't one-click: you create the bot in BotFather and paste its token.
- This is a booking tool, not a general Telegram automation or chatbot builder.
- Automatic messages only reach clients with a linked Telegram account. Web-only clients don't receive them.
- Delivery isn't guaranteed — for example, a client who blocks your bot won't receive messages, and failed sends aren't retried.
- Your services and texts aren't translated automatically.
Questions
Do clients need to install anything?
No. The Mini App runs inside the Telegram app they already have, on phone or desktop.
How long does the bot setup take?
Creating a bot in BotFather is a short, guided chat. You then paste the token into your dashboard.
What if some clients don't use Telegram?
Share the web booking link with them. It's the same booking flow in a browser, identified by name and phone number.
Can the bot answer questions or send custom messages?
No, the bot is for booking and booking-related notifications. Targeted campaign messages are available on the Growth plan.
