QR code booking

QR code appointment booking for your counter, mirror and business cards

The person at your counter asking 'when's your next free slot?' can scan a code and book on the spot — or later, from the business card they took home.

Conversations at the counter don't end with a booking

Clients leaving an appointment, people passing the window, someone picking up a card at a market stall — they're interested now, but booking means remembering to find you later and send a message.

A printed code shortens that to a scan, at the moment the interest is there.

How it works

Putting a booking QR code into the real world

  1. Settle your link wording first

A printed code can't be updated. If you plan to choose your own link wording (a paid-plan feature), do it before printing — changing it later breaks every code already printed.

  2. Pick the code for the place

Where strangers see it — a window, flyer or market stall — print the web code, which opens in any phone's browser. At the chair or on cards for regulars who use Telegram, the Telegram code.

  3. Download it from the dashboard

Open the Booking Channels card, choose the web or Telegram link, and download its QR code.

  4. Test it where it will hang

Print one copy first and scan it from a normal distance with more than one phone before ordering cards or stickers.

  5. Say what the scan does

A short line next to the code, like 'Scan to book your next visit', tells people why to pick up their phone.

Good places for the code

  • At the counter

For clients booking their next visit as they pay.

  • On the mirror or workstation

For regulars who want to rebook while they're still in the chair.

  • Business and aftercare cards

So the booking page leaves with the client.

  • Window and flyers

For people who pass by when you're closed or busy.

Plan details are on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed online through Dodo Payments.

Good to know before you start

  • No scan statistics — you can't see how many bookings came from a QR code.
  • The Telegram code needs your Telegram bot connected; the web code doesn't.
  • Clients who book through the web code don't get automatic Telegram messages.

Questions

Will the code still work if I change my hours or services?

Yes. The code opens your booking page, and the page always shows your current services and availability.

Which QR code should I print?

The web code anywhere the public sees it. The Telegram code for existing clients who use Telegram and want confirmation messages there.

Can I see how many people scanned it?

No, QR scan analytics aren't available.
