Free appointment booking software for solo professionals: what to check before you commit

Booking #428 — see you soon!
"Free" usually comes with a catch
Some free booking tools cap how many appointments you can take each month, so they stop working right when you get busy. Others are trials that end after you've already sent the link to every client.
Switching later is costly: new links in every bio, new habits for clients, and history left behind. It's worth checking the limits before the first booking, not after.
Six questions to ask any free booking tool
Is there a monthly booking limit?
Write Me TG: no. Booking volume is unlimited on every plan, including Free.
Is it a trial that expires?
Write Me TG: Free is a plan in its own right, and no credit card is requested at sign-up.
What happens when I hire someone?
Write Me TG: Free covers one specialist. A second person taking bookings needs a paid plan.
Do my clients need an app or an account?
Write Me TG: no. Clients book in a browser with a name and phone number, or inside Telegram.
Online booking linkAre reminders included?
Write Me TG: not on Free. Automatic reminders start on Basic and are sent through Telegram. Booking confirmations are sent on every plan.
Can I get my data out?
Write Me TG: an Excel staff performance report is available from the Pro plan. There's no CSV export.
