Booking link

Create an online booking link that answers "when are you free?" for you

You create your link once: a free account, your services and your working hours. After that, every booking question gets the same reply — the client opens it, picks a service and a free time, and it's in your calendar.

Your free times change faster than you can post them

A story saying 'two slots left this week' is out of date the moment someone books, and replying to every DM with a list of times only works until you're with a client — which is exactly when people write.

A booking link reads your real working hours and existing appointments each time it's opened, so the times a client sees are the times that are actually free.

How it works

Where the link does the most work online

  1. Your profile bio

Instagram, Facebook or TikTok — the place people check before they send a message.

  2. The website field of your business profile

No website? Your booking page can fill that field: it shows your services, prices, welcome text and contact links.

  3. A saved reply

Save a short answer with the link in your messaging app, so replying to 'are you free Friday?' takes one tap.

  4. A pinned message

Pin it in your Telegram channel or in a chat with regular clients.

What clients see when they tap it

  • No app and no account

The web link opens a normal web page. Clients enter only their first name and phone number when they confirm.

  • Your services and real availability

Prices, durations, and only the start times where the whole service fits your schedule.

  • Your logo, welcome text and contacts

Plus booking instructions, and a limit on how far ahead clients can book (up to 90 days).

  • A Telegram version of the same link

Once your bot is connected, a second link opens the same booking flow inside Telegram for clients who message you there.

  • A link with your own name in it

    Basic plan and up

Free accounts get an automatically generated address. Choose readable wording on a paid plan.

Plan details are on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed online through Dodo Payments.

Good to know before you start

  • The booking page isn't a full website — there are no portfolio or blog pages.
  • You can't see which bio, post or chat a booking came from.
  • If you change your link's wording later, the old link stops working — update it everywhere you've posted it.
  • Clients who book on the web don't receive automatic Telegram messages.

Questions

Will the link open from an Instagram bio?

Yes. It's a standard responsive web page, so it opens in the browser the app uses — nothing to download.

Do I need a website?

No. The booking page works on its own and can go wherever a platform asks for your website.

Do I need a Telegram bot to get a link?

Not for the web link — web booking works without a connected bot. The Telegram link needs your own bot, created in Telegram's BotFather.

Which link should I post publicly?

The web link works for everyone, with or without Telegram. The Telegram link suits clients who already talk to you there, because Telegram bookings also get confirmation messages.
