For barbers and barbershops

Online booking for barbers: keep the chair full without answering every message

Regulars rebook every few weeks and walk-ins still come through the door. Write Me TG puts both in one calendar, so online clients only ever see times that are really free.

Free plan · No credit card

Short appointments, lots of messages

Barber services are quick, so the day is made of many small bookings — and each one used to start with a message asking what's free. Answering them between fades means either interrupting a client or leaving someone waiting for a reply.

Walk-ins make it harder. If the calendar only lives in your head, a client who booked by message can arrive to find the chair already taken by someone who walked in.

How it works

How a barbershop uses it

  1. List your services

Cut, skin fade, beard trim, cut and beard — each with its price and duration.

  2. Add each barber's hours

Every barber has their own weekly schedule and days off, so clients see the right availability for the person they choose.

  3. Put the link where clients look

Instagram bio, a pinned message, or a QR code on the mirror and at the till.

    QR code booking
  4. Clients choose the barber and the time

They pick a service, then a barber, then one of that barber's open times, and get a confirmation on screen.

  5. Log walk-ins in seconds

Add a walk-in or phone booking from the dashboard, and that time disappears from online booking.

Built for a busy chair

  • Day, week, month and list views

Filter the calendar by barber, then confirm, cancel, reschedule, or mark an appointment completed or a no-show.

  • Regulars at a glance

Client records show visit count, last and next visit, and the average number of days between visits.

  • A second chair when you need it

    Basic plan and up

The Free plan is for one barber. Basic covers up to 3 barbers, Pro up to 8 and Growth up to 15.

  • Clients overdue for a cut

    Growth plan

An 'at risk' filter flags clients who haven't been back as soon as they usually would.

Plan details are on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed online through Dodo Payments.

Good to know before you start

  • Start times are offered on a 30-minute grid. A 20-minute beard trim still starts on the hour or half hour.
  • There's no walk-in queue or waitlist — walk-ins are added as normal appointments.
  • No payments or tips are handled online.
  • Paid plans are bought online from your dashboard; changing an existing paid plan is arranged with our team for now.

Questions

Can clients choose a specific barber?

Yes. After choosing a service, clients pick the barber and only see that barber's open times.

How do walk-ins and online bookings not clash?

Add the walk-in from the dashboard as an appointment. The same slot can't be booked twice for the same barber, so it disappears from online booking.

We have three barbers. Which plan do we need?

The Free plan supports one barber. Basic supports up to 3, Pro up to 8 and Growth up to 15. See the pricing page for current plans.

Do clients have to install an app?

No. Booking opens inside Telegram or in a normal browser.
