1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Writemetg.com (the "Platform") — reachable through the Owner Dashboard, the Telegram Mini App, and public web booking pages. By registering a Business Account, or by booking an appointment through the Platform, you agree to these Terms as they apply to you.
Sections 3–5, 7–10, 14, 15, 19–21, and 24 apply only to Business Accounts (Business Owners and their Staff Members). All other Sections — 1, 2, 6, 11–13, 16–18, 22, 23, and 25–27 — apply to everyone using the Platform, including Customers booking appointments.
2. Definitions
- "Write Me TG", "we", "us" — the operator of the Platform (see Section 25 and our Privacy Policy for who that is).
- "Business" — the individual or organization that registers a Business Account to manage and offer its own appointment-based services (for example a salon, barber, clinic, studio, or independent practitioner) through the Platform.
- "Business Account", "Business Owner" — the account a Business registers, and the individual who controls it.
- "Staff Member" — a person a Business Owner invites to help manage the Business Account.
- "Customer" — a person who books an appointment with a Business through the Platform, whether via the Telegram Mini App or a public web booking page.
- "Booking Data" — the information a Customer provides to book an appointment (name, phone number, Telegram identifiers where applicable, and appointment details).
3. Eligibility and authority
You must be able to form a binding contract to register a Business Account, and must be authorized to act on behalf of the Business you register. The Platform is a business tool for appointment-based service providers, not intended for personal or household use.
4. Account registration
A Business Account is created with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google, through the Owner Dashboard. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Business account responsibilities
Each Business Account is its own isolated tenant on the Platform — one Business's bookings, staff, and customers are never visible to another Business. The Business Owner may invite Staff Members with an owner or manager role and is responsible for managing who has access. As a Business Owner, you agree to:
- Keep your service, staff, and pricing information accurate and up to date.
- Have the rights to any logo, image, or other content you upload to your booking page.
- Comply with applicable law when collecting and using your own Customers' Booking Data (see Section 14).
- Use the Platform's messaging and notification features only for legitimate booking communication, not spam.
6. Customer bookings
When a Customer books an appointment through the Platform, the resulting contract for the appointment itself — the service performed, its price, and its terms — is between the Customer and the Business, not between the Customer and Write Me TG. Write Me TG provides the booking technology (scheduling, reminders, and the Mini App/web booking interface) and does not itself provide, supervise, or guarantee the underlying appointment service. Questions or disputes about an appointment should be directed to the Business the Customer booked with.
7. Subscription plans and pricing
Write Me TG currently offers Free, Basic, Pro, and Growth plans with different staff/service limits and features — see our Pricing page for current, authoritative plan details, limits, and prices. Plan limits and included features may change over time; we will reflect any change on the Pricing page. Registering for the Free plan requires no payment.
8. Payments and billing
Paid plans (Basic, Pro, and Growth) are purchased online through a checkout provided by Dodo Payments, which acts as Merchant of Record for these subscription transactions — meaning Dodo handles the payment transaction itself, applicable tax calculation and collection, and payment disputes/chargebacks, under Dodo's own terms and the checkout/payment documentation it publishes, while Write Me TG continues to provide the Platform.
- Prices are listed in US dollars on our Pricing page and exclude applicable taxes, which Dodo calculates and adds at checkout based on your billing details.
- A paid plan is billed monthly or yearly, as chosen at checkout, and renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing settings in your Owner Dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the billing period already paid for.
- A paid plan takes effect once Dodo confirms the payment to us. If a renewal payment fails, paid features may be limited until the payment is resolved.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. A paid plan arranged manually and directly with Write Me TG before online billing was available continues under that arrangement.
9. Cancellation and termination of a subscription
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from the billing settings in your Owner Dashboard (Section 8) or by contacting [email protected]. A paid subscription renews automatically each billing period unless cancelled beforehand; cancelling stops future renewal, and the current paid period generally remains active until it ends, rather than being cut short immediately. Closing your Business Account entirely from the Owner Dashboard profile page (see Section 21) also cancels any active paid subscription with Dodo Payments when the deletion takes effect, so no further charges occur; refunds follow our Refund Policy.
10. Free plan
The Free plan is available without payment, subject to its published staff and service limits on the Pricing page. We may change Free plan limits or features prospectively; we will not retroactively delete a Business's existing data solely because of a limit change, though features tied to a higher plan may become unavailable until an applicable limit is met again.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or to send spam, harassing, or deceptive messages.
- Attempt to access another Business's data, or circumvent tenant isolation or plan limits.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, including the Telegram bot integration.
- Upload content you do not have the rights to use.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or use the Platform to build a competing product.
12. User content
You are solely responsible for any logo, cover image, service photo, or other content you upload. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
If you believe that any content hosted on the Platform infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, please contact us at [email protected] with detailed information regarding the alleged infringement.
13. Intellectual property and license to operate the Platform
Write Me TG and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by Write Me TG. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the Platform to you. You retain ownership of the content you upload (logos, images, service descriptions) and grant Write Me TG a limited license to host and display it as part of operating your booking page.
14. Customer data and data protection
As explained in our Privacy Policy, a Business is generally the controller of its own Customers' Booking Data, and Write Me TG processes that data on the Business's behalf as a processor, isolated from every other Business. By using the Platform to collect or manage Customer Booking Data, a Business accepts our Data Processing Agreement, which governs that processing and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
15. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform under these Terms, except information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
16. Telegram and other third-party platforms
The Telegram Mini App booking flow depends on the availability and policies of the Telegram Bot API, a third-party platform Write Me TG does not control and does not represent or speak for. Telegram may process information under its own policies once it leaves our systems. Outages, policy changes, or restrictions imposed by Telegram may affect the availability of that booking channel; the public web booking page does not depend on Telegram. Nothing in these Terms implies that Telegram endorses or is affiliated with Write Me TG.
17. Availability and service changes
The Platform is provided on a best-effort basis, without a guaranteed uptime commitment at this time. We may add, change, or remove features, including entitlements tied to a plan, as the product develops. We will try to give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce functionality a paying Business relies on.
18. Support
Support requests can be sent to [email protected], or through the in-dashboard support channel where available. We do not guarantee a specific response time at this stage of the product.
19. Suspension
We may suspend a Business Account that violates these Terms, misuses the Platform, or fails to pay applicable fees under Section 8, while we investigate or seek to resolve the issue. We will generally attempt to notify the Business Owner before or promptly after a suspension.
20. Termination
Either party may terminate by closing the Business Account. We may also terminate a Business Account for a serious or repeated violation of these Terms. You may stop using Write Me TG at any time and close your Business Account yourself from the profile page of the Owner Dashboard, or by contacting [email protected].
21. Data export and deletion on termination
Before closing a Business Account, a Business Owner may export their own Business's configuration and booking records by contacting [email protected]. A deletion request made from the Owner Dashboard profile page (or through support) is delayed by 24 hours, during which the Business Owner can cancel it from the same page, and then proceeds as described in our Privacy Policy.
22. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability, except as required by applicable law.
23. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, and except for liability arising from intentional misconduct, fraud, or gross negligence, each party's total liability arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount the Business has paid Write Me TG in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or, for a Business on the Free plan, to a reasonable amount reflecting the limited scope of a no-cost service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability arising from a party's breach of applicable data protection law.
24. Indemnification
A Business agrees to indemnify Write Me TG against third-party claims arising from: the Business's own appointment services and its relationship with its Customers; content the Business uploads; the Business's unlawful handling of its Customers' data; or the Business's violation of these Terms. This section applies to Businesses acting in a business capacity and is not intended to impose indemnification obligations on a Customer booking an appointment for personal use.
25. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not exclude or limit any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection right you may have under the law of your own country of residence, where that law would otherwise apply and cannot be contracted around. Write Me TG's Business Accounts are opened by a person or organization acting in a professional or business capacity in order to offer appointment services to their own Customers; these Terms are accordingly intended as a business-to-business arrangement between Write Me TG and the Business.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chisinau, Republic of Moldova.
26. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. The "Last updated" date and version number at the top of this page reflect the current version. For material changes affecting paid Business Accounts, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email or an in-dashboard notification before the updated Terms take effect.
27. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
