Booking link generator: one link, ready for every place clients find you

Paste the booking link you already have and copy it out as an Instagram bio line, a WhatsApp and Telegram message, a reply, an email signature and a website button.

Paste the link clients use to book with you. Any booking tool works.

Paste your link above to get the texts

The texts are written in your browser. We don't store your link or your business name.

No booking link yet?

A link needs a booking page behind it. Create one free: your link is ready as soon as you sign up.

Create a free booking page

One link, and every channel wants it differently

A booking link only works where clients can tap it. Instagram doesn't make a link typed into the bio text clickable, only the one in the profile's link field. A message needs a line that says what the link is for, and a website needs a button rather than a bare address.

This tool takes the booking link you already have and writes it out for each of those places. It doesn't create a link: a booking link that works has a real booking page behind it. If you don't have one yet, a free page comes with its link the moment you sign up.

How it works

How to get your booking link ready

  1. Paste your booking link

Any link clients use to book with you works: a Write Me TG booking page, another booking tool, or the booking page on your own website.

  2. Add your business name if you like

It signs the messages and the email line, so the text still makes sense when a client forwards it to a friend.

  3. Copy each text to its place

The bio line and link field on Instagram, a saved reply in WhatsApp, a pinned message in your Telegram channel, your email signature, a button on your website.

  4. Print the same link

For the counter, the mirror or a business card, turn the link into a QR code. The generator opens with your link already filled in.

Where each text goes

  • Instagram profile

The link goes in the profile's link field; the bio line tells people what it does. The counter shows how much of the 150-character bio the line takes.

  • WhatsApp quick reply

Save the text as a quick reply and send it when someone asks for a time. "Open in WhatsApp" starts a message with the text already written.

  • Telegram channel or group

Pin the message in your channel or group so the link stays at the top. "Share in Telegram" lets you pick the chat to send it to.

  • Replies and email

Answer "are you free on Friday?" with the link instead of a list of times, and add the signature line to every email you send.

  • Your website

The snippet is a plain link styled as a button. There is no script in it and nothing to load, so it works in any site builder that accepts HTML.

Plan details are on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed online through Dodo Payments.

Good to know before you start

  • This tool doesn't create a booking link. It formats the one you already have.
  • Nothing is shortened or tracked: every text contains your link exactly as you pasted it, and there are no click statistics.
  • Only a Write Me TG booking link can be checked here. For any other site, open the link yourself before you post it.
  • On Write Me TG, a free account's booking link has an automatically generated address. Choosing your own wording is a paid feature, so do it before you post the link everywhere.

Questions

Can this tool create a booking link for me?

No. A booking link opens a booking page, and that page has to exist first. If you don't have one, create a free Write Me TG booking page: the link is ready as soon as you sign up.

Why can't clients tap the link in my Instagram bio?

Instagram only makes a link tappable in the profile's link field, not in the bio text. Put the link in that field and use the bio line to point at it.

Does it work with a link from another booking tool?

Yes. Any public web link works. We can't check other sites for you, so open the link once before you post it.

Is my link or business name stored anywhere?

No. The texts are written on your device and nothing you type is saved. The one exception: a Write Me TG booking link is looked up once to confirm it exists.

Do I need an account to use it?

No. Every text is ready to copy straight away. An account is only needed if you also want a booking page.
